Let's talk about Amazon
Drone fleet approved, and Walmart competition...
The Bezos Behemoth is getting a little competition. Walmarthas announced "Walmart Plus", a new service that will compete with Amazon Prime. The service will cost $98 a year, or roughly half the annual salary of a Walmart manager.
In the industrial espionage file, Amazon was caught deleting a job listing for a "union spy" to gather intel on labor organizing threats within the company. Apparently they didn't need it once they realized that's what Alexa is for.
Looking to the future, Amazon's"Prime Air" drone delivery fleet has achieved FAA Clearance, but drone package delivery will still take a while to become a reality. Come on Amazon, what's the holdup? "Give these people air!"
Bonus Story! Policein Oakland raided a church and seized $200K in Magic Mushrooms and Marijuana. Looks like somebody discovered my secret to getting through Sunday service.
